Special thanks must go to Bahri Sen and his wife Meltem.  Bahri was invaluable in organising appointments and translating our less-than-perfect Turkish! Bahri’s smiling face was always there and keen to help with any request we had and his local knowledge of both the surrounding area and the people we needed to see was incredible.  A true local.  Thanks again to Meltam for allowing us to take so much of her husband's time!

Thank you to Rafet Alper for providing assistance with any request we had at any time.  Rafet’s ability to judge when we were hungry was uncanny… amazing food just arrived!
